01
Phone Triage
You call (855) 927-7517 and describe the problem. We ask about odors, visible debris, recent pest activity, and dryer performance. That tells us what equipment to load and whether we need to prioritize your visit. Most Pleasant Grove calls get a same-day window.
02
On-Site Inspection
A NADCA Air Systems Cleaning Specialist walks the house with you, opens registers, and runs a duct camera inspection system through the main trunk lines. You see the footage. We point out mold, rodent debris, disconnected joints, or crushed flex duct before any cleaning starts.
03
Containment Setup
We seal every register with vent covers and registers, hook a negative air machine to the main trunk, and connect a HEPA vacuum. This keeps debris from migrating into your living space. Setup takes about 15 minutes on a typical Pleasant Grove ranch or two-story.
04
Mechanical Cleaning
A rotary brush duct cleaning machine scrubs each branch line while an air compressor whip drives debris toward the vacuum. We clean the supply side, the return side, and the coil cabinet. A blower door test equipment check confirms airflow before we move on.
05
Verification and Walkthrough
We re-inspect with the camera, replace every register, and show you before-and-after footage. You get a written summary of what we found and what we cleaned. If we spotted a failing joint or torn flex duct, we tell you what it needs.
