01
Phone Triage
A real person answers, day or night. We ask what you are seeing and smelling, how old the house is, and whether the system is running. You get a straight answer on whether this is a tonight problem or a tomorrow-morning job, plus a price range before anyone rolls a truck.
02
Arrival and Setup
Our technician arrives in a marked truck, lays drop cloths, and sets up the negative air machine at the main trunk. We shut down the HVAC system, remove registers, and inspect accessible duct runs with a duct camera inspection system. Setup takes about 15 minutes on a typical Pleasant Grove home.
03
Brush and Extract
We feed the rotary brush duct cleaning machine through each branch line while the HEPA vacuum pulls everything back to the truck. Supply runs, returns, and the trunk get the same treatment. A 2,000-square-foot house usually takes two to three hours from start to finish.
04
Coil and Vent Check
While the ducts are open, we inspect the evaporator coil, clean it with a coil cleaning pump sprayer if it is fouled, and run a dryer vent auger through the laundry line. Any torn flexible duct insulation or loose foil tape gets repaired on the spot with duct sealant mastic.
05
Walkthrough and Proof
We show you the before-and-after camera footage, replace every register and vent cover, and run the system to confirm airflow at each room. You get a written summary of what was found and what was cleaned. Payment is due when you are satisfied, not before.
