01
Walkthrough
We start by counting every supply register and return grille in the house, then locate the furnace, the coil cabinet and the dryer vent exit. This takes 10 to 15 minutes and tells us how many branch runs we are dealing with. You get a flat price before any equipment comes off the truck.
02
Negative Air Setup
We tie a negative air machine into the main trunk and run a HEPA vacuum hose to the farthest register. This puts the whole duct system under suction, so when the rotary brush duct cleaning machine starts spinning, loosened debris travels toward the vacuum instead of into your living room.
03
Duct Scrubbing
A rotary brush duct cleaning machine with an air compressor whip works each branch line from the register back to the trunk. We scrub the duct walls, knock down caked dust, and follow with the HEPA vacuum. A duct camera inspection system records before-and-after footage you can see on the spot.
04
Dryer Vent Clearing
The dryer vent gets its own pass. We disconnect the appliance, run a dryer vent auger and dryer vent brushes through the full length of the run, and clear the outside cap and damper. Expect 30 to 45 minutes for a standard wall vent, longer if the run goes through the roof.
05
Verification
Before we leave, we re-check airflow at the registers, confirm the dryer vent cap opens and closes freely, and replace any vent covers and registers we pulled. You get a written summary of what we found, what we cleared, and the next service date we recommend.
